This policy describes how Patina Restaurant Group, LLC and Lincoln Ristorante ("Patina") treat the personally identifiable information that is collected about you when you visit this web site.

For instance, when you purchase a product (such as cookbooks, glassware and tableware), a service (such as cooking classes), a gift card or register to receive Lincoln's "Lincoln List" e-blast/e-newsletter, you will be asked to provide information such as your e-mail address, name and shipping address. Your personal information may sometimes be collected by third party service providers with which Patina contracts to host the web site or to fulfill requests; in that event, Patina asks such service providers to make the personal information available only to Patina for Patina to use in accordance with the terms of this privacy policy and not to use the information for any other purpose. Also, when purchasing a Lincoln gift card, you will be asked to register, by choosing a password that will be directly associated with the e-mail address you provide. Registration helps track and verify account details and history. Users will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any such password, and Patina will not be responsible for misuse of any passwords
